LAKE ROAD
Phase 1





A returning client required a loft conversion in order to create more private spaces for her young professional sons. Instead of the usual dormer windows we proposed one large curved dormer for the entire newly designed spaces in the loft. A bedroom, shower room, and a small relaxation area were created.





Juliette balconies complete the dormer allowing the spaces to be linked to the outside in safety providing a beautiful view of the London sky-line.

Phase 2-In progress





In this phase, the client selected her preferred sub-contractor to design and build an Orangerie to be extended from her existing dining room. All groundworks, including foundations, concrete slab, brick dwarf walls and finishing were part of the main Contractor's works.This phase also included a new wet room, laundry room with bespoke furniture housing a washing machine, dryer and storage area off the main entrance.



The Orangerie opens out to the garden, where landscaping will be completed in the spring.
