Another regular client downsizing from a previously designed and renovated house, moved to a modern apartment which required a lighter and more modern and personalised feel. Our objective was also to incorporate the client's existing mahogany furniture, television and speakers into a designed unit, as well as creating work, relaxation and private zones within the open plan of the apartment.
